This workshop is in District 7 and is for beginners who want to take their skills to next level. By the end of this 6 session workshop you’ll be able to fully control your camera, understand exposure, photography terminology, composition, light, and more. If you wish to create quality images, you need to have a solid foundation before you can move to the next level. This course is a requirement to any other following advanced workshops as exposure is to the photographer, what measuring is to a carpenter.

Time: 9h30 on November 9th, 16th, 23th & 30th & December 7th & 14th

Venue: Mother Goose Vietnam, 165 Pham Thai Buong street, Tan Phong ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city

Content of this workshop and participation fee:

PART 1:

Session 1 – Theory
Understanding your camera, resolution, exposure (shutter speed, aperture, ISO), depth of field, white balance, and more. Get familiar with all the buttons and dials on your camera.

Session 2 – Practice
Putting into practice the theory learned during the first session.

Session 3 – Theory
Introduction to light and composition.

PART 2:

Session 4 – Theory
Review exposure, light and composition. Understand your equipment.

Session 5 – Practice
Photography outing! We will head into the city to put your skills in practice!

Session 6 – Conclusion
Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing your images.
