The Heritage Show is a lively history about the life of Vietnamese people in the North Delta. This show’ll give you a ticket to come back the time of 90s to admire Vietnamese beauty in the old days.

Through this emotional show, there have daily activities that will be performed by the traditional and melodious music and natural dances of dancers.

Musical instruments used in The Heritage Show are mostly made from these simple materials close to Vietnamese people like: Monochord (“Đàn Bầu”), 2-String Zither (“Đàn Nhị’), Plucked Lute (“Đàn Đáy”), 16-String Zither (“Đàn Thập Lục”), 36-String Zither (“Đàn Tam Thập Lục”)...

The Heritag e Show is divided into 7 parts, each section is connected consecutively in one day from early morning to late evening. The beginning of this show is the early morning, followed by the village market, the day of the season, the summer noon, the labour life in the trade village, the moon bath and finally is the village’s festival.

In the opening part of this show, the audience will be surprising when they have chance to return the peaceful countryside with mother’s wooden bell, father’s smoking pipe tobacco. In that space, the flute’s sound will resound clearly and tenderly.

After the calm sunrise, you’ll hear the lively sound by the noisy village market. Here, there is the seller’s voice, mixed with the sound of knives, chopping-board, buckets and copper basins, make up a lively chorus, then quiet again by the sound of 2-String Zither (“Đàn Nhị”) and strolling blind musician of the blind man.

The Heritage Show constantly opens to the viewers these beautiful spaces and amazing melodies and musical rhythms.

50 minutes of this show will pass quickly. You’ll never forget this performance with the successive rhythm of the drum and the melodious sound of musical rank.
