Vietnam International Piano Competition & Festival (VIPCF) vô cùng hân hạnh giới thiệu nghệ sĩ piano nổi tiếng, nhà sư phạm và đồng thời là một trong những giám khảo vòng Chung kết của VIPCF 2025, ngài Rintaro Akamatsu đến từ Nhật Bản. Ông hiện là giáo sư tại Trường Cao đẳng Âm nhạc Osaka, Trường Cao đẳng Âm nhạc Senzoku Gakuen, Trường Cao đẳng Junior Utsunomiya, Giám đốc của Khóa học Piano Quốc tế Budapest, Học viện Piano Liszt Nhật Bản và Đại sứ chính thức của CASIO.

Trước thềm diễn ra vòng Chung kết trực tiếp của VIPCF 2025, ngài Rintaro Akamatsu sẽ có một buổi biểu diễn đặc biệt và tham gia trò chuyện với khán giả Việt Nam, đặc biệt là các thí sinh VIPCF, nhằm giảm tải áp lực và tiếp lửa tự tin cho các bạn trong vòng thi lớn sắp tới.

Hợp tác với CASIO JAPAN, một trong những nhà tài trợ của VIPCF 2025, ngài Akamatsu sẽ biểu diễn trên đàn piano kỹ thuật số CASIO Celviano. Đây là cơ hội đặc biệt để chứng kiến một nghệ sĩ bậc thầy kiến tạo âm nhạc trên một cây đàn piano kỹ thuật số, cũng như được trực tiếp trải nghiệm cây đàn vô cùng trang nhã này. Một nhạc sĩ thực thụ có thể thể hiện bản thân qua bất kỳ loại nhạc cụ nào, và sự kiện này chính là minh chứng cho câu nói đó.

LƯU Ý:

- Sự kiện này không phải là chương trình masterclass.

- Vui lòng có mặt trước buổi biểu diễn ít nhất 25 phút. Ban tổ chức sẽ đóng cửa trước khi chương trình bắt đầu 5 phút. Nếu quý vị đến trễ vui lòng chờ đến hết 1/2 chương trình.

- Đây là chương trình biểu diễn miễn phí và không đánh dấu số ghế ngồi, người đến trước sẽ được ưu tiên.

- Vui lòng không mang đồ ăn tới sự kiện.

- Khi tham gia, khán giả đồng ý cho phép ban tổ chức được quyền sử dụng hình ảnh, ý kiến của mình để làm tư liệu truyền thông cho chương trình.

Về Rintaro Akamatsu

Giáo sư Rintaro Akamatsu - một ví dụ điển hình của "con nhà người ta" khi bắt đầu học piano và violin từ năm 2 tuổi và cello từ năm 6 tuổi. Ngay từ khi còn rất nhỏ, ông đã bộc lộ tài năng vượt trội của mình và lần đầu tiên xuất hiện trên truyền hình khi mới 5 tuổi. Đến năm 10 tuổi, ông đã biểu diễn bản concerto của Mozart với phần cadenza của riêng mình. Kể từ khi vô địch Cuộc thi Âm nhạc Sinh viên Toàn Nhật Bản năm 1990, ông đã đạt được thành tích cao trong một số cuộc thi lớn tại Nhật Bản. Nhằm thể hiện rõ ràng tinh thần âm nhạc là không giới hạn, VIPCF 2025 rất vinh dự khi có được Giáo sư Rintaro Akamatsu tham gia đội ngũ Giám khảo Vòng chung kết.

Năm 2000, ông đã đạt giải Ba tại Cuộc thi Piano Quốc tế Clara Schumann, với sự góp mặt của các vị giám khảo lớn như Martha Argerich và Nelson Freire. Ông còn được Tiến sĩ Joachim Kaiser khen ngợi là một thí sinh “vô cùng thông minh và tài năng”.

Ông cũng đã đóng góp nhiều bản nghiên cứu của mình cho các tờ báo và tạp chí, cung cấp những hiểu biết sâu sắc về kinh nghiệm, kiến thức cũng như quan điểm của cá nhân về âm nhạc. Những đóng góp bằng văn bản này đã cho thấy sự hiện diện đa dạng của ông trong lĩnh vực nghệ thuật.

The Vietnam International Piano Competition & Festival (VIPCF) is honored to present the renowned pianist, educator, and one of the jury members for the VIPCF 2025 Final Round, Professor Rintaro Akamatsu from Japan. Currently, he serves as a professor at Osaka College of Music, Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, Utsunomiya Junior College, Director of the Budapest International Piano Master Class, Liszt Piano Academy Japan, and the official Ambassador of CASIO.

In anticipation of the upcoming live Final Round of VIPCF 2025, Professor Akamatsu will deliver a special performance and engage in a talk with the Vietnamese audience, particularly VIPCF contestants, aiming to alleviate pressure and instill confidence ahead of the grand competition.

In collaboration with CASIO JAPAN, a distinguished sponsor of VIPCF 2025, Professor Akamatsu will perform on the CASIO Celviano digital piano. This event offers a rare opportunity to witness a master artist crafting music on a digital piano, as well as to personally experience the elegance and versatility of the instrument. A true musician can express themselves through any type of instrument, and this event serves as a testament to that philosophy.

8:45 PM - 9:15 PM: Conversation with Professor Rintaro Akamatsu

9:15 PM - 9:45 PM: Hands-on experience with the CASIO Celviano digital piano for contestants

NOTES:

This event is not a masterclass.

- Please arrive at least 25 minutes before the performance. The entrance will be closed 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will be asked to wait until half of the program is completed.

- The event is free of charge and seating is unreserved—priority will be given to early arrivals.

- Kindly refrain from bringing food to the event.

- By attending, participants agree to allow the organizers to use their images and opinions as part of the program documentation.

About Rintaro Akamatsu

Professor Rintaro Akamatsu epitomizes the concept of a musical prodigy, having begun studying piano and violin at the age of two, and cello at the age of six. Even as a young child, he exhibited remarkable talent, making his first television appearance at the age of five. By the age of ten, he had already performed a Mozart concerto, featuring his own cadenza. Since winning the All Japan Student Music Competition in 1990, he has consistently achieved high accolades in major competitions throughout Japan.

Demonstrating the limitless spirit of music, the Vietnam International Piano Competition & Festival (VIPCF) 2025 is truly honored to welcome Professor Rintaro Akamatsu as a member of the Final Round Jury.

In 2000, Professor Akamatsu was awarded Third Prize at the Clara Schumann International Piano Competition, adjudicated by esteemed figures such as Martha Argerich and Nelson Freire. His exceptional talent and intellectual prowess as a contestant earned him high praise from Dr. Joachim Kaiser, who described him as “an exceptionally intelligent and talented musician.”

In addition to his outstanding performance achievements, Professor Akamatsu has contributed numerous scholarly articles to newspapers and magazines, offering profound insights drawn from his personal experiences, extensive knowledge, and unique perspectives on music. These written contributions reflect his multifaceted presence in the field of the arts.
