TICKET TERMS & REGULATIONS:

▪️ Please bring identification documents (passport, ID card, driver's licence) with information that matches the activation information to receive tickets at the event. Ticketing staffs will confirm the authenticity of identification documents and scan the QR code to issue physical tickets.

▪️ Please keep the activation code alongside QR code secure and do not share it with anyone.

▪️ The event is only for audiences 16 years of age and older.

▪️ During the Hay U Oa (Blind Ticket) phase, each account can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets. From the Early Bird stage, each account can purchase up to 10 tickets.

▪️ Hay Thong Tha (Early Access) tickets are valid when wristbands are redeemed (check-in) before 11:00 a.m. on September 30th. Other ticket classes can redeem wristbands (check-in) at any time before 9:00 p.m. on September 30th.

▪️ With Hay Thong Tha (Early Access) tickets, audiences can only enter the gate once before 11:00 a.m.

▪️ Organisers will not accept ticket returns & refunds once the ticket has been successfully paid.

▪️ When purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN CONCERT:

▪️ Do not bring weapons, sharp objects, or bottles of any kind.

▪️ Do not bring sticks, flagpoles, or selfie sticks.

▪️ Do not bring umbrellas or chairs (including small chairs, portable chairs).

▪️ Do not bring whistles, handheld speakers, portable karaoke microphones or other noise-making objects.

▪️ Do not bring flammable or explosive products or materials such as fireworks, flares, or laser pens.

▪️ Do not bring spray bottles/bottles (except hand sanitizers with a capacity of less than 50ml, drugs prescribed by doctor).

▪️ Do not store and use drugs, tobacco, stimulants, or other prohibited substances.

▪️ Do not bring professional recording equipment/flycam/drone/camera tripod/camcorder tripod.

▪️ Do not bring food or drinks from outside into the event (except for transparent mineral water bottles with a capacity of 350ml or less).

▪️ No pets.

▪️ All other items are deemed inappropriate for the event.

▪️ Do not quarrel, fight, or engage in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or cause discomfort to anyone, including but not limited to spectators and staff.

▪️ Do not bring posters/banners/national emblems/signs or any related items that distort and sabotage the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

▪️ Do not trespass into restricted areas without the permission of the organizers.

▪️ Do not damage, destroy, or steal any property at the event location.

▪️ The organizers have the right to refuse the participation of any audience who does not follow the program's regulations and will not refund tickets.
