IV. Pho Museum Visitor Regulations

Visitors are required to comply with the following regulations:

• No filming or photography is allowed inside the screening room.

• No close-up filming or photography of the artifacts in the exhibition areas.

• Do not touch the displayed artifacts.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

• Pets are not allowed inside the Museum.

CULINARY SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our collection features signature creations of Vietnamese regional gastronomy, presented in strict adherence to classical temperature protocols: Appetizers (ambient/chilled), Main Courses (hot/piping hot), Desserts (cold/iced), and Teas (hot/steeped). Please note that once a culinary artifact has been sampled, refunds cannot be issued for discrepancies with individual palates.

V. Important Notes When Purchasing Pho Museum Tickets

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Complimentary admission: Children under 100 cm and senior citizens.

• Children under 1 meter: The Pho Museum does not provide food and beverage services for children under 1 meter. This policy applies to all service packages.

• Guests who may not be suitable for certain services: For example, pregnant women and guests with cardiovascular conditions should consider their individual circumstances before participating in certain experiences.

The Pho Museum welcomes all visitors. For packages that include a set menu, guests are kindly requested to inform the Museum in advance of any dietary restrictions, ingredients they cannot consume, or food allergies, so that the Museum can make appropriate preparations.

PHO MUSEUM – WHEN A DISH TELLS A STORY OF CULTURE & HISTORY

The Pho Museum is a new destination for those who want to discover Pho not only through taste, but also through its history and cultural heritage.

The Museum takes visitors on a journey following Pho from its origins as a humble street food sold from traditional mobile vendors, through more than 100 years of development and transformation alongside the Vietnamese people. Its journey spans the length of the country and has earned a special place in the hearts of generations, ultimately becoming one of Vietnam’s most beloved and familiar national dishes.

One of the highlights of the exhibition space is the “Mái Nhà Chung” (Common House), featuring the Memories & Pho Collection, a collection of 27 Pho bowls that recreate memories of Vietnamese culture, daily life, traditional craft villages, and spiritual life across different historical periods.

The experience goes beyond simply viewing exhibits. At the Pho Museum, visitors can participate in hands-on craft workshops centered around spices, prepare Pho alongside professional chefs, and enjoy distinctive culinary experiences through the Chân Phương and Tinh Hoa set menus. These menus celebrate the essence of Pho and Vietnamese cuisine in an immersive projection space showcasing the landscapes and cultural beauty of Vietnam’s North, Central, and South.

The Pho Museum transforms a familiar dish into a vibrant living story of culture—a place where visitors can discover a very authentic Vietnam through the story of Pho.
