GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q1. Do Vietnam Fine Arts’ paintings have a certificate of origin?

Vietnam Fine Arts Gallery guarantees all artworks

sold are original paintings. With each painting, the gallery has the authentic certification that certified by artist. This document is considered a guarantee certificate showing the origin and artist of the painting.

Q2. Does the price include frame and shipping?

The selling price does not include frames and shipping costs to overseas.Vietnam Fine Arts Gallery commits free ship for delivery paintings in domestic. After your payment, please leave your address for our staff to contact and complete shipping.

PROCESSES OF PAYMENT

Q4. How can I pay for my paintings?

Please pay 100% the value of painting in one of these following payment methods: Visa/ Master/ JCB; ATM domestic card; money transfer; MOMO electronic wallet.

 

PROCESSES OF SHIPMENT

Q5. If I want to ship to overseas, which side must pay the delivery fee?

Vietnam Fine Arts only ship free for domesic shipping. Customers please pay the shipping fee to foreign countries if required.

 

Q6. What shipping companies that deliver paintings internationally?

We use the shipping services of Fedex, UPN or DHL. Paintings will be delivered to customers’ home by air. Customers please feel free to pay import taxes (if any)

 

Q7. What forms of packaging are there?

With oil paintings, water colors, there are 3 options:

- Roll paintings in a portable plastic tube for customers to carry

- Ship stretch paintings with frames lying flat in a wooden crate

- Ship stretch paintings without frames lying flat in a wooden crate

With lacquer paintings or acrylic, there are 2 options:

- Ship with frames in a wooden crate

- Ship without frames in a wooden crate

 

Q8. How can I pay the import tax?

For customers who buy paintings in Vietnam, there will be no payment tax. In case of sending to oveseas, customers please pay the import tax payment in the host country (if any). Our shipping company will ask you to pay the import tax of the painting and pay the customs tax for you.

 

Q9. How long does it take to ship paintings internationally?

Shipping paintings to Asia region will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. For other regions, it will take 7 business days.
