This series of retreats is for the woman who would like to live her fullest potential, physically, erotically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This course offers revelations and transformation for all of these aspects of female potential.

The Goddess Essence series is comprised of 4 retreats with each retreat covering potent aspects of women’s empowerment. Each retreat is 4 days.

Part 1: Goddess Unveiled

The Goddess Unveiled works with the heart chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love / loving another / loving the whole. The heart chakra is the main portal for woman to access the fullness of her creative expression and potential.

+ Improve your relationships: to yourself, to your partner, to other women, to your mother and everyone else.

+ Heal your heart wounds: rejections, disappointments, painful break-ups, loss of a close person, injustice, sadness, unfulfilled desires, low self worth.

+ Throw away your self criticism and negative judgements about your body so you can feel comfortable, relaxed and sexy.

+ Experience the spiritual level of love and realise that you are the LOVE

4. Your teacher: Ma Prem Tanmaya

She walks her talk; revealing the power of love to transform individuals, couples and our planetary consciousness!

Tanmaya initially studied as an actress and singer before falling in love with meditation and personal development in Osho communities. It is her joy to blend deep meditations with playfulness and lightness – all infused with her profound transmission of love.

Tanmaya has been immersed in Tantra Essence and the teachings of Sarita since 2012. Through her dedication in practicing Meditation and Tantra, she has flowered into a Teacher with multidimensional skills. She offers a wide variety of both long and short courses for both couples and singles, all over the world. Her way of teaching is full of heart wisdom and an invitation to blossom in bliss, love and meditation.

Deeply rooted in the teachings of Osho and infused by a profound understanding of true love and authentic living, Tanmaya offers a powerful transmission of Tantra, that is both sacred and contemporary.
