The 3-day program SUFI - Path of the Heart

The 3-day program “SUFI – PATH OF THE HEART” led by a master in Sufi and Osho meditation techniques, Nirupam Sufi Gyan, will help you experience the “path of the heart” with the practices of Zikr (remembrance of the divine) and Whirling (Sufi spinning dance). In addition, Osho’s meditations will guide us to delve deep into ourselves.

About Master Nirupam Sufi Gyan:

+ Nirupam has been walking on the meditation path since his teenage years.

+ In 1986, he connected with Osho through books and began practicing Osho meditation until now.

+ In 1993, he took sanyas. He started living in a commune and worked, participated in many different meditation therapies.

+ Over the past two decades, he has shared meditation techniques with people around the world. He has organized meditation programs using Sufi meditation techniques, Gurdieff’s sacred dance, and Osho’s meditations in many countries: Spain, Greece, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Iran, Kenya, Turkey, UAE.

You do not need any prior meditation experience to join this program. The most important thing is to participate with sincerity. For those who have experience in meditation, you can learn and experience Sufi and Osho meditation techniques from an experienced teacher who has led meditations all over the world.

DAILY SCHEDULE:

07:00 – 08:15: Dynamic meditation

08:15 – 10:00: Breakfast and relaxation

10:00 – 11:30: Session 1

11:30 – 12:00: Midday break

12:00 – 13:15: Session 2

13:15 – 15:00: Lunch and siesta

15:00 – 16:15: Session 3

16:30 – 17:45: Session 4

17:45 – 19:30: Dinner

19:30 – 21:00: Evening session

(First and last days may have slight changes due to transportation)
