The beginning of the 2023 event series is the collaboration of two brothers - Hanoi Brass Community and Saigon Winds - with a guest from faraway France with an instrument that sounds strange. The program includes masterclasses held at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, as well as concerts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The program is organized with the support of the Vietnam National Academy of Music and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, sponsored by Besson brass instruments and Dennis Wick brass accessories.
